Mô tả công việc
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products or services in the B2B (business-to-business) industry.
1. Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential clients in the B2B industry.
• Generate leads through various channels, such as networking, and online research.
• Actively engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support the successful implementation of new business initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements.

2. Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proven experience in the B2B industry, preferably in a sales or business development role in IT solutions or Technology products.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Freshers with a strong passion for business development and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
