2. Overview
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Monetization Specialist / Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing revenue from in-game advertising and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to ensure a balance between monetization performance and user experience.
3. Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize ad monetization strategies to maximize revenue from mobile games.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to design and analyze monetization strategies that increase revenue while maintaining player satisfaction.
Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Research and evaluate potential new revenue streams, partnerships, and business opportunities.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements with advertising and monetization partners.
Continuously monitor industry trends, tools, and best practices in mobile game monetization.
Yêu cầu
Good English communication skills for daily collaboration with international partners.
Strong business mindset and analytical thinking, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in problem-solving.
High sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and accountability in achieving goals.
