Mô tả công việc
You'll support a pipeline of our business and collaborate with Business Development & Partnerships Manager to manage new opportunities throughout the Outbound, M&A services & Networking cycle.
1. NETWORKING & PARTNERSHIP RELATED
• Continuously keep tracking on networking events, community events with topics relevant to SOA's business in all channels.
• Research and identify potential networking events, community events for the business.
• Attend networking events, community events and hearings for prospection.
• Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
• Participate in the preparation or organization (prior/during/after) of the events or common actions between SOA and partners.
2. BUSINESS AND PROJECT RELATED
• Market Research to contribute valuable information to the project.
• Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals.
• Reach out and follow up on contacts obtained after the networking actions or sales & prospections to initiate the business collaboration.
• Communicate with easy with (current or potential) customers and demonstrate patience and understanding about their needs and challenges.
• Contribute to project management and reporting.
• Coordinate with MarCom team to carry out some postings or articles to promote the department's activities.

Yêu cầu
Skills:
• ENGLISH IS MANDATORY (Speaking & Writing).
• Proactive & Good communication skills.
• Detail & Customer service oriented.
• Organizational skills.
• Teamwork and a positive attitude at work.
• Excellent command of Office tools (email/ excel/ word/ ppt).
Experience: 2-3 years of working experience is a plus, a business-oriented mindset is a must.
