Business Finance Manager - Beauty Industry

An opportunity to work with a big brand name in the beauty industry in the market. They are looking for a talent with more focus on FP&A, business strategy and especially leading the Finance team in Vietnam market
Description
This role will include but not limited to:
* Develop and manage comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
* Analyze financial performance and key metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Prepare and present detailed financial reports, budgets, and variance analyses to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret financial data, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategy.
* Monitor and assess financial trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
* Lead the annual budgeting process, including coordination with different departments and consolidation of financial plans.
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
* Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA is a must
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a senior role. Experienced in FMCG/Retail will be a plus.
* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings clearly.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting to senior management.
* Proficient in financial software and ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
* High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
