Business Development support: (65%)
1) Market analysis
- Follow the guidance of
Sales director to search the potential customers in whole Vietnam.
- Searching for the proper contact:
o Through LinkedIn sales navigator
o Through Nefab employee networks
o Through internet page: Yellow page, IZ page, ...
o Cold call
2) Prepare proper PPT file for each potential customer including a greencalc slide matching with customer target.
3) Hold Bi-weekly business development meeting: gather Sales team & Sales director; summarize the meeting minutes.
4) Assist the Sales director in preparing pipelines, forecasts, and sales reports
5) Maintain accurate CLM, chasing & support Greencalc
6) Consolidate PPT slides for steering group meetings on Sales director instructions together with the sales team
II. Project Management Responsibilities: (35%)
1) Critical issue status tracking:
- Follow the request of Sales director, cross the departments to summarize the issue status.
- Follow the Sales director' instructions, activate the actions to solve the issues.
2) Per Sales director' instructions, coordinate customer quotations, costing, pricing of important projects
3) Monitor project milestones of important projects and report progress to the Sales director and stakeholders.
4) Introducing, invite customers for Greendays. Coordinate with Trang/HR to host the meeting.
5) Following slow moving inventory & overdue payment progress
6) Other tasks from Sales director.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business administration, languages, or other relevant area.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing/sales/
project manager related positions.
- English proficiency (in writing and orally). Chinese speaking to be seen as a plus.
