II. REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge
A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Advanced degrees are a plus.
2. Skills
Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other BI tools. Experience with Python is advantageous.
Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication. Ability to create insightful reports, short and sharp presentation
Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team, with strong project management skills.
3. Experience
A minimum of 5 years in a similar BI role, preferably within the e-commerce sector. 2 years experience in team management
Candidate with experience in Finance, Planning, and Operation is a plus.
