- Managing and expanding Business Intelligent services: Margin Minder & Power BI to business
- Data quality check Scope, define and perform data extraction and analysis
- Digitize business process with innovation projects
- Testing the system before delivery to business
In details:
- Leverage IT to create business linkages through the integration processes and sharing of knowledge, information and data.
- Performs analysis with end users and business process owners to identify areas for efficiency and productivity improvement.
- Troubleshoot incidents and providing recovery, fixes where possible and escalate more complex incidents where necessary.
- Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional policies and procedures.
- Work closely with project team to provide end-users training. Training scope includes updated process, Standard Operating - - Procedures and Application systems
- Track and manage outstanding issues and risks. Take appropriate actions to resolve issues or mitigate risks. Escalate issues and risks for management decision if necessary.
- Work closely with end-users and vendors to continuously improve overall applications' data quality- Define business case for change and act as a change agent to influence Function Leadership to implement change agenda
