Mô tả công việc

- Take full responsibility for providing, reviewing, and analyzing all reports for business objectives and the company's business activities also
- Develop, implement, and find actions to improve team performance using automatic tools effectively
- Build a data system that makes it possible to push API data directly into raw and support the company's business decisions
- Design and implement ETL procedures to ensure data is verified, the correct analytics function, reporting environments, and dashboard
- Responsible for implementing all business projects and develop models to optimize operation performance (lead time, failed delivery, backlog management, customers' review, and so on)
- Lead and develop a team of data analysts
- Allocate and arrange workload for the team members
- Training team members to improve their skill and performance
- Actively review the internal working process, give ideas that bring good performance to the related teams
- Work closely with the operations department, accounting department, and other teams related to the company's projects

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, IT, Statistics or Mathematics
- 3-5 years of working experience in the field of Business Intelligence or Data Analytics and at least 1 year in a management role
- Experience in improving and automating reports, information security or information risk management
- In-depth knowledge using analytics tools includes Advanced MS Excel (VBA, Pivot, Power Query, Google Sheets), database querying (SQL), visualization tool PowerBI, programming language (Python/R), and other analytics tools are preferred
- Have experience working in Retail, E-commerce, FMCG environments
- Ability to manage a high volume of work with conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple tasks, develop relationships with the right teams
- Good communication and time management
- GoodEnglish (4 skills)or can speak Chinese is a plus
