Business Manager, Food Industry (Open for Expats)

We are seeking a Business Manager who is responsible for leading and supervising employees to ensure productivity efficiency and providing direction on how best to handle different tasks while maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all matters business. The goal will be to ensure the profitability of business's activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leading current business and developing business opportunity/ ideas that tend to growth and prosperity.
• Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
• Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
• Maintain excellent relationships with our customers, understand their needs and find sales opportunities.
• Making sure we are on track for the short term and long-term priorities of the business and achieving the financial targets. Ensure proper risk management with customers, forex and market exposures.
• Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
• Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies and ethics codes of conduct.
• Undertake any other activity as reasonably requested by management.
