* EXPECTED KEY RESULT AREAS OF OUR OPERATION MANAGER:
1. 70% Business development
- Define ways to market / channels to start sales strategy. Leads development strategy/ executes and manages all day-to-day activities/ reports related to the sales functions with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of property Revenue targets.
- Works with management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the segment.
- Propose new initiatives to improve revenue funnel & products/ qualities to
- Drive a growth mindset across the company and set, track, analyse, and optimise growth KPIs.
2. 20% - Analyzing & Reporting on Sales and Financial Data
- Analyzes market information and implements strategy to achieve property's financial room and catering goals.
- Reviews sales and catering guest satisfaction results to identify areas of improvement
- Ensure all company resources and costs are used efficiently and within budget/ P&L
3. 10% Operations & Team Leading
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external
- Drive a great working environment for teams to thrive - linking up departments to create sense of one team. Recommend or initiate any HR related actions where needed.
- To ensure to have dedicated staffs throughout departments which he/she in charge with to meet all subjective goals according to the strategic of company.
