Mô tả công việc
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
• Sales & Production Alignment: Ensure that sales forecasts and customer orders are accurately communicated to the production team to meet demand without overproduction or stockouts.
• Warehouse & Inventory Management: Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure optimal inventory levels, reduce holding costs, and avoid stock discrepancies. Coordinate stock replenishment to prevent delays in fulfilling customer orders.
• Purchasing & Supplier Management: Work with the purchasing team to maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring that raw materials are available in a timely manner and align with production schedules.
• Production Scheduling: Assist in planning and scheduling production runs based on sales orders, inventory levels, and purchasing timelines, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient use of resources.
Supplier and Customer Relations:
• Supplier Engagement: Manage communication with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, monitor quality, and address any supply chain disruptions that could impact production.
• Customer Order Fulfillment: Oversee the coordination of shipments, ensuring that customer orders are dispatched on time and in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Problem Resolution: Handle any operational issues that arise between sales, production, and warehouse teams, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact on deliveries or customer satisfaction.
Logistics and Shipment Management:
• Shipment Coordination: Collaborate with logistics partners to manage both domestic and international shipments, ensuring on-time deliveries while minimizing costs.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure that all shipments meet export regulations and that necessary documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.) is prepared and provided accurately for customs clearance.
• Tracking and Monitoring: Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the progress of shipments and proactively address any delays or issues with delivery partners or customs authorities.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement:
• Process Mapping & Optimization: Continuously review and optimize operational processes, including production workflows, warehousing methods, and purchasing systems, to eliminate inefficiencies and improve the overall workflow.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize data and KPIs to monitor the performance of each department (sales, production, warehouse, purchasing) and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting & Strategic Support:
• Operational Reports: Compile and present detailed reports on inventory status, production progress, and supply chain metrics to senior management for decision-making.
• Collaboration with Leadership: Provide insights and operational expertise to support company strategy, ensuring alignment of operational goals with overall business objectives.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
