Business Operations Executive

We're looking for a Business Operations Executive to join our Glints Vietnam business unit to help grow that mission in Southeast Asia.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be an early hire on the newly established Business Operations team, and will have the potential to shape the team's growth and strategy. The position will offer significant opportunities for exposure to executive-level decision making. In this role, you will:
Build and improve systems for data-driven decision-making:
Build, optimize, and drive adoption of systems and data dashboards for the Business Operations team.
Synthesize business intelligence to provide critical insights.
Support Glints Vietnam business unit leader to proactively identify operational problems.
Develop and execute systems and processes to solve these problems.
Drive the adoption of new tools and processes, e.g. CRMs or sales training LMS systems.
Review and optimize core business processes:
Deep-dive into core business processes to understand pain points and implement solutions;develop training materials, processes or SOPs
Efficient Business Reporting to ensure sales efficiency
Analyse and generate Sales reports as needed.
Act as QC in the Sales system for verification of data, check that all of the systems are already implemented and automated properly.
Manage 100% accuracy of Sales reporting
Day to day operations
Execute day to day operations of the company to keep the ship running.
Collaborate across different departments to handle any operations or administrative needs.
Support the creation of regional playbooks to ensure consistency and best practice as we scale

Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor's Degree.
0-2 years experience as Operations Associate, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
Self-starter.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong people skills.
Strong excel and powerpoint skills.
