Mô tả công việc

● Support the management in developing and implementing business strategies and operational
plans.
● Coordinate and manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth workflow and
efficient processes.
● Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
● Assist in the development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to drive customer
acquisition and revenue growth.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
between departments.
● Prepare and analyze business performance reports, identifying areas for improvement and
making recommendations.
● Manage external stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and clients, to maintain strong
business relationships.
● Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and contracts.
● Monitor and maintain inventory levels for solar energy hardware and equipment.
● Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

Yêu cầu

● Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy or technology sector.
● In-depth understanding of business and operational processes.
● Familiarity with various business functions, such as Human Resources, Finance, Marketing,
etc.
● Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
effectively.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong
relationships.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data for decision-making.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
● Strong command of English and Vietnamese (both written and verbal) is required.
● Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus.
