Business Performance Metrics Analyst

JOB PURPOSE
Support the preparation, development, finalization and management of data, system and associated activities of the Company. Assist Team Leader and/ or Department's General Manager in monitoring the Budget performance of Company and other associated tasks as required.
JOB DUTIES /RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist in preparation of the forms, templates for data generation of Work Programs and Budget (WPB),executed cost and forecasted cost.
2. Assist in data consolidation, reviewing and cross-checking with data owners to ensure the collected data is consistent, accurate and sufficient.
3. Conduct data analysis and evaluation for approved budget performance, cost performance over the periods (monthly, quarterly, yearly then highlight the key points and provide the recommendations (if any) for Management's decision making.
4. Establish/ Assist in the establishment of the periodic reports as per requirements.
5. Monitor and control the AFEs' performance, including but not limited to the submission of AFE's requests for Partners' approval based on the developed work programs or the establishment of periodic AFE's performance report, to ensure the AFEs fully approved prior to execution and to ensure the approved AFEs be timely and sufficient for Operation's activities smoothly run.
6. Build, develop, and maintain effective data platforms to ensure data storage safety and security, as well as data assessment (incoming and outgoing), is smoothly run to support timely, accurate, and sufficient report establishment.
7. Act as a department's Coordinator for data incoming and outgoing related to WPB preparation and WPB implementation.
8. Assist in preparation and implementation procedures as and when.
9. Well coordinate with line departments to:
- Monitor cost execution according to the approved work programs and activities.
- Evaluate the implementation of effected procedures to identify inappropriate processes in the context of PQPOC's development.
- Ensure timely guidance and support for matters related to data assessment.
10. Other assignments from the Team Lead and/or the Department's General Manager.
