Mô tả công việc

· Propose and develop long-term and midterm development plans in line with the company's strategy
· Manage the sale of comprehensive services (regular and charter flight contracts) and auxiliary services (VIP/CIP services, and car, bus services...).
· Lead contract negotiations and introduce services to partners
· Manage and chair meetings and negotiations
· Coordinate with the Ground Operations Department to deploy and monitor service provision
· Monitor and report to the Board of Directors on service production according to requested timeframe.
· Manage and update the company's website
· Organize and implement marketing activities for the company and related to customers.
· Collaborate to resolve media crises related to the company's activities and brand
· Attend and report on the introduction of the company and new services.
· Manage and organize customer conferences, as well as customer surveys and service evaluations
· Conduct research and development activities to propose new services or service enhancements
· Research and update legal regulations
· Compile and send timely and complete regular and ad hoc reports as required.
· Deploy corporate regulations, policies, and procedures related to manpower and equipment to efficiently manage resources
· Research investment projects.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

· University bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent. Master's degree is preferred.
· Professional training in ground handling management, ISO, ISAGO, and customer relations
· English: Proficiency in spoken and written English, Bachelor in English major or TOEIC score ≥ 800 or equivalent certificates (TOEFL/iBT ≥ 90, IELTS ≥ 7.0).
