Mô tả công việc
1. Strategy management
• Execute the tasks under strategy management, including but not limited to the annual company slogan, and the standard award scheme.
• Gather and understand company strategies in a year, then propose the slogan with a storytelling to address those strategies accurately and in a motivated manner.
• Co-work to design the slogan and the internal communication plan, including the integration of the annual slogan into company materials/documents where applicable.
• Annually review the company standard award scheme and procedure, then suggest the revisions based on the company's situation and market practice.
• Supervise the implementation of the awards which are encompassed in the standard scheme, aiming to the alignment from the standard scheme to actual execution.
2. Project translating strategic concept to pilot
• Regularly provide explanations and advisory to respective in-charge teams during their translation from the strategic initiatives into reality via a project/a pilot.
• Lead and/or participate in the translating strategic concept if a project is in-charge by R&I department. Key role is on project integration, including progress, communication, and stakeholder managements. Yet, take part in specific assignments of each project, support other team members to achieve the team targets, and maintain back-up resources for temporary shortage if necessary.
• Ensure consistent and clear communications with all relevant departments during the project with proactively collaborative and empathy mindset.
• Maintain good relationship with cross-functional stakeholders including senior members, colleagues.
• Monitor periodically project progress, document project materials.
• Coordinate on generating the evaluation the benefits post implementations.
• Ensure smooth project hand-over to relevant departments for on-going implementation after going live.
Yêu cầu
1. Qualification: Bachelor or MBA's degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or related fields.
2. Working experience:
• At least 5 year-experience in Banking and Finance industry, particularly Consumer Finance company or business improvement consultancy.
• Experience in banking/consumer finance is required.
• Experience in Card and/or secured-loan products or in project management is a plus.
3. Knowledge:
• Expertise on consumer finance product development, process efficiency improvement, research on peer companies, regulations, and customer behavior.
• Banking / consumer finance industry business insight
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
• Project management
4. Skills:
• Efficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Good financial and business acumen.
• Interpersonal skill and effective communication skill.
• Computer skills: advanced user of power point.
• Ability to work under pressure, agile to changes, self-driven and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
