Accompany us during factory and customer visits.
Translate discussions between English and Vietnamese.
Support meetings with
purchasing, production, quality and management teams.
Help explain product requirements, especially for leather and footwear.
Help understand customer requirements clearly.
Assist with appointment confirmation and local phone calls.
Help communicate through Zalo, WhatsApp or email when required.
Assist with directions, factory locations and local communication.
Take simple notes after each meeting, including customer requirements and follow-up points.
Keep all customer, pricing and business information confidential.
