Mô tả công việc
Translate high-level Epics from the Product Managers (PMs) into detailed, actionable user stories for the Agile teams.
• Ensure each user story has clear acceptance criteria, outlining expected outcomes and success measures.
• Continuously refine and prioritize the team backlogs based on business value and team capacity,
ensuring alignment with sprint goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Agile teams during sprints to clarify user stories, resolve issues, and
adjust priorities as needed.
• Lead team backlog refinement sessions, ensuring stories are ready for development and are properly sized and estimated.
• Engage in iteration planning to confirm the team's commitments and ensure a shared understanding of the work for the sprint.
• Review and validate completed stories to ensure they meet acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done (DoD).
• Function as a liaison between the Agile teams, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the
product vision and release goals.
• Continuously gather feedback, using system demos and other methods, from PMs, stakeholders, and users to refine stories and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
• Track team velocity and key metrics, contributing to process improvements and efficient delivery.
Yêu cầu
● 3+ years of experience as
business analyst for business application platforms;
● Experience in UML design, data modeling, and user stories;
● Proven ability in typical business analyst skills such as requirements engineering,
business process analysis, and modeling techniques;
● Effective verbal and spoken communication skills;
● Excellent command of English language skills (writing, speaking, listening and
reading)
● Having knowledge of ERP, Warehousing or Logistics is a plus.
