Mô tả công việc

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the digital publishing and social platform sector
- Evaluate the competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to maintain and enhance our market position.
- Work closely with product owner and development teams to define business & marketing requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Analyze user data to understand behavior, preferences, and pain points, contributing to a user-centered design and development process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define target customer segments and optimize strategies and tactics.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and align on strategic initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation including business requirements documents, process maps, and use cases.
- Monitor and report on OKR to track the success of the platform and identify areas for improvement.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the digital publishing, media, or technology sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and design thinking is desirable.
- Have a passion for blockchain technology, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Eagle to learn, always up for diving into new tech and explore the new path of developing a product.
- Ability to work independently and proficiency in handling multiple tasks concurrently is highly valued.
