We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Butler to join our leadership team and manage our dedicated staff in providing unparalleled service to our valued members.
We are seeking an experienced butler to facilitate and elevate operations at our private club. The butler will work with team to provide excellent service to our luxury household. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Job duties:
- Reporting to Operation Manager/ Lounge Manager
- Working with staff to promote a friendly, secure, and professional work environment.
- Remembering and understanding all guest's need before arrival and post departure
- Acting all the time in a courteous and efficient manner to all members.
- Providing exceptional service and facilitating general club operations
- Creating a memorable and unforgettable experience to our club's member.
- Participating actively in all Front Office activitity for all the VIP's guests.
- Maintaining all company's safety, security, policy and procedures.
- Making sure that guest's information are properly recorded and confidentiality.
