C&B Deputy Manager

1. C&B:
- Comply with Labor Law to be ensure the company meets all legal obligations.
- Improve staff's evaluation process based on BOD'S advice.
- Manage JIVF staff's loan and report to BOD.
- Revise and improve effectively benefit policy, internal labor regulation...
- Be in charge of final check monthly payroll calculation with subordinates.
- Check decisions, announcements, official letter, labor contract
- Examine documents related to social insurance, payroll, PIT and register dependents.
- Maintain discipline and implement step-by-step disciplinary procedure.
- Plan, design, implement and administer a comprehensive rewards strategy, and programs including work/life balance programs.
- Handle all report related to C&B (To labor departments, State Bank Vietnam - SBV, Social Insurance department, Tax Agency...)
2. Total Rewards
- Act as project manager for total rewards for all acquisitions; includes integration of newly acquired businesses and employees into current benefits, continuity of care and coverage is established.
- Develop and coordinate communications strategies and activities designed to educate and inform employees about total rewards.
- Manage performance management and rewards and recognition programs for the company.
- Prepare annual budget for total rewards and manage expenditures related to benefit programs.
- Evaluate the compensation landscape to understand and learn from best practices through benchmarking and industry research and employment trends, track legislation and make recommendations.
- Communicate actively with Finance & Accounting, Business Planning and other departments to review cross-departmental impacts and reconcile data sharing.
- Manage data, HRM software in accordance with the company's record retention policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations.
- Be in charge of Periodic Dialogue, Labor Conference, Personnel Committee Meeting...
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- University graduate or higher, in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration.
- +5 years of experience at same position. Understand labor laws, regulation related to regimes - policies of employees.
- Ability to plan and lead well.
- Fluently in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- Agile, skillful, able to present and communicate with departments.
- Cooperative, supportive, careful, good-looking, independent and assertive working spirit
