Mô tả công việc
POSITION SUMMARY:
Scope: Within Palmgold Vietnam (Group), C&B Specialist cum Admin is responsible for payroll and HR procedure of Clubs/Outlets/Business Unit and Head Office, this position will work directly with the Government Departments to ensure company's policy compliance with the Vietnam Law.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Compensation and Benefit
Prepare monthly payroll for the Companies under the accounts of HQ.
Assist and cross check the accuracy and timeliness of the monthly payroll of other Business Units (BU).
Support and follow up in on-board and off-board process such as: recruitment, offer letter, probation appraisal, labor contract, review contract ...
Register and close the insurance book for resigned employee - Head Office.
Update Employees' Profile, keep track of Employee's all types of leave record and manage their profile from the beginning till end of employment.
B. Administration and HR Task
Control of all administration systems.
Take charge of work permits, resident cards, visas for foreign Employees (Expats).
Timely update the current in force regulations of law (provisions, resolutions, circulars) related to labor management, social insurance, regional minimum wage and their compliance, follow up HR procedures, regulations and policies of the Company; provide HRM with advices and consultancy if required / necessary
Participate in planning and organizing all the annual Employees' events such as: teambuilding, year-end party, Company trip, etc.
Seek and coordinate with outsource Agencies for the annual Employees' medical check-up / Aon care medical package.
Fulfill the duty of a member of the Labor Union Committee, such as: the participation of the Employees, keep track of the fund and make proposals for the common interests of all members.
Others tasks assigned by the Head of Department, etc.

Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or Human Resources Management or legal
- Experience: C&B acknowledgment, 2-3 years in similar position
- Can work under high pressure, team-work as well as independent-work.
- Be pro-active, creative, decisive, keen, and flexible in handling duties.
- Be integrity, honesty
- Other skills:
• Good spoken and written English skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, well-organized.
• Good computer skills and typing skills (including Microsoft Office capability)
Package:
- Salary range: 15,000,000 - 18,000,000 VND (gross)
- Healthcare
- Annual bonus based on performance
