C&B Executive (Total Rewards) | HRIS & AI | Monday - Friday

REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in C&B, Payroll, or Total Rewards, with hands-on experience in Payroll, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and Social Insurance operations.
- Direct experience working with Social Insurance and Tax authorities is a strong plus.
- Experience using HRIS/HRM systems (e.g., [protected info]) is a plus.
- Experience applying AI or automation tools to streamline HR processes is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of the Labor Code and regulations related to payroll, PIT, Social Insurance, and employee relations.
- Strong analytical, logical, and systematic thinking with a data-driven mindset.
- Fast learner, proactive, calm, and highly detail-oriented with high accuracy.
- Strong Service Mindset focused on creating a positive employee experience.
- Continuous improvement mindset and a strong interest in building a long-term career in Total Rewards.

Compensation
- Total income: Up to VND 17.5 million/month (Fixed salary up to VND 15 million/month + performance bonus).
