1. Trách nhiệm công việc
We are looking for a C&B Executive to be responsible for C&B operations and support the Senior C&B Executive of the company. Your primary responsibility will be managing employees' database, executing onboarding, offboarding process, and other C&B tasks. To succeed in this role, strong mathematical, and task management skills and knowledge of labor laws are a must.

Be in charge of daily C&B operations: contracts, onboarding, off-boarding process, promotion, rotation records, PIT, social and healthcare insurance, etc.
Ensure the payroll work and tax documents are controlled and reported accurately in accordance with the timelines and Vietnamese regulations
Manage timesheet, workshare, and employee database in the system
Work with and monitor suppliers for HR services (quarterly PIT declaration of ex-pats, work permit, etc.)
Manage all employees' hard and soft copy profiles
Ad hoc tasks as requested.

3. Kiến thức chuyên môn
1. Background: Work as an in-house C&B Executive for global companies
2. Experience: At least 1 year of working experience as a C&B Executive
3. Knowledge: Good knowledge of labor law, PIT law, Social Insurance and other related regulations
