A. STRATEGY & PLANNING
- Propose and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Build and manage the annual HR budget (salary, bonus, training, benefits) for the whole company.
- Analyze workforce data (e.g., labor productivity, manpower cost vs. revenue) to support CHRO decision-making.
- Maintain and monitor the Organizational Chart to ensure clear and effective governance.
B. POLICY & PROCEDURE
- Develop, update, and roll out company policies, labor code, and SOPs in line with business growth and budget.
- Ensure all HR policies are clearly communicated and updated regularly.
- Work with CJ Global HR to deploy Group-level policies properly in Vietnam.
- Be a trusted advisor to the BOD and Department Heads on all HR management matters.
C. TOTAL REWARD
- Lead and manage all Total Reward projects, including: PMDS+ (Performance Management Development System); Annual Bonus & Salary Review cycles; Build and update Benefits policies, Salary Bands, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Conduct market surveys to design modern, high-standard perks and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Optimize benefit costs while maintaining employee satisfaction.
D. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OPERATIONS
- Oversee the entire C&B operations, including: Payroll processing; Labor contract management; Termination procedures; Compulsory Social Insurance reports & claims; Monthly and annual PIT declaration and finalization; Employee master data management
- Handle Employee Relations: resolve grievances, negotiate with union representatives, and minimize workplace disputes to maintain a harmonious environment.
E. HR SYSTEM
- Manage the HR Management System following CJ Group's digital transformation direction.
- Ensure all system modules are properly deployed and fully utilized.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 9 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to C&B, payroll and total rewards.
- Hands-on experience in payroll and benefits administration for expatriates/foreign employees, including tax, social insurance, work permit and related compliance matters.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, PIT, social insurance and related compliance requirements.
- Experience in salary benchmarking, annual salary review, benefits administration, payroll controls and aud
it support.
- Strong Excel, analytical and reporting skills; experience with HRM/payroll systems is required.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive and highly ethical, with the ability to manage confidential information and work under pressure.
