Onboarding & Employee Records:
Prepare and send Offer Letters to selected candidates
Maintain employee personnel files in compliance with internal policies and data protection requirements.
Manage HRIS system & employee master data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Update organizational structure data in the system as the company expands.
Employment Contract:
Manage electronic contract issuance and signing process; track signing status and ensure timely completion.
Monitor probation review timelines and contract expiration dates
Contribute to system administration and ensure labor contract practices comply with current laws and company regulations
Health insurance (Generali):
In charge of Health Insurance enrollment and termination for employees and dependents.
Maintain accurate benefits records and work closely with Accounting to ensure proper cost allocation
Compliance Programs: Annual health check-ups for employees, Visa/Work permit for expats. Support in organizing mandatory training: Fire prevention & fighting; First-aid training..
Others: Support improvement of HR administrative workflows and digitalization where applicable. Provide administrative reports related to onboarding, contracts, head count... when required.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor or above degree
At least 2 years of experience in C&B
Detail-oriented and highly focused professional with effective written and verbal communication skills (English equivalent to IELTS 6++ or TOEIC 800++)
Self-starter mindset, good critical thinking, high energy to quickly adapt with a fast-growing organization
Experience in Technology/ E-commerce/ international companies is an advantage
