Receive, process, and monitor employees' sick leave records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Implement and maintain health insurance programs for personnel and expatriate employees to manage premium/international health insurance.
Collect, analyze, and summarize performance data for periodic quarterly reviews to report to leadership to consolidate quarterly performance evaluations.
Monitor risk insurance policies for employees who frequently travel for business, ensuring timely protection of their rights.
Update and maintain personnel records to ensure accurate and complete updates of employee records, especially those related to benefits.
Provide policy consultation and clarification to support employees with inquiries related to sick leave, insurance, and other HR policies.
Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth HR processes and information flow.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or C&B.
Proficiency in English or Chinese is a must
Strong knowledge of health insurance schemes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
