Purpose of the Position
To ensure timely and effective recruitment of direct labor (production operators/workers) to support business operations while providing administrative support to the Human Resources department and maintaining efficient HR processes.
*Responsibilities & Duties
A. Recruitment (70%)
• Receive and consolidate manpower requests from production and other departments.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet hiring targets.
• Post job advertisements through appropriate recruitment channels.
• Source candidates through online platforms, job fairs, employee referrals, local communities, and employment agencies.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Arrange trade tests or assessments when required.
• Prepare employment offers and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure all new hires complete required hiring documents.
• Coordinate with the Security team for visitor registration and candidate access according to company procedures.
• Conduct new employee orientation.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employment centers, vocational schools, and recruitment partners.
• Organize recruitment events and job fairs.
• Promote the company's employer brand.
• Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Support employee referral programs.
• 3. Recruitment Reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs including:
Hiring progress
Time-to-Fill
Offer Acceptance Rate
Early Turnover Rate
• Orientation/ training for employees.
B. Administration (30%)
• Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, and HR documents.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
• Manage HR filing systems (hardcopy and file).
• Arrange interview rooms and meeting schedules.
• Support office administration within the HR department.
• Maintain HR office supplies and stationery.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the
HR Manager.
