Mô tả công việc
The jobholder will take main duties and responsibilities as follows:
- Monthly payroll:
o Calculate monthly salary for employees and prepare salary bank transfer.
o Make monthly Payroll related reports.
o Operate HR Software effectively to ensure smooth processing of Payroll.
- Social, Health and Unemployment Insurance:
o Register social, health and unemployment insurance contribution for new employees.
o Do monthly social insurance reconciliation report.
o Manage employee's Social Insurance Books (SIB) including prepare applications for issuing SIB, control SIB and record SIB for resign employees.
o Make claims for social insurance benefits for employees (sick leave, maternity leave, etc) and follow up payment for employees.
- PIT:
o Apply for issuance PIT code for employees.
o Register dependent relief.
o Do PIT declaration and finalization for local employee.
o Do PIT declaration and finalization for expatriate.
- HRM Software:
o Manage HRM software contract.
o Deal with supplier.
o Support daily running.
- Other relevant tasks:
o Work closely with relevant Government Offices such as Tax, Social Insurance Authority, etc.
o Audit, review and propose on improvements of compensation and benefits policies and practices in compliance with the government laws.
o Respond to employees' concerns relating to C&B policies and practices.
o Support & supervise other HR members to ensure smooth operation of HR Department.
o Hands on reports as requested.

Yêu cầu công việc
+ Education:
- University graduate, preferably from Foreign Languages (English), Human Resources Management or Social Science fields
+ Experiences:
- Above five years working experience in compensation & benefit (C&B) jobs.
- Experience in HRMS administration is a must.
- Experience in PIT for local & expatriate.
+ Other skills and knowledge:
- Good command of English & Vietnamese (both written and verbal)
- Excellent at MS Office applications (especially in Excel).
- Thorough understanding of Vietnamese Labor Laws, Social Insurance Law and PIT law
- Highly self-disciplined, good sense of responsibilities
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Hard-working, careful, result-oriented.
- Customer service mindset and able to work under high pressure.
