Control the attendance of the departments, to complete monthly salary calculation data, to ensure accurate and punctual salary payment.
Monitor and update the legal provisions on salary and bonus policies and regimes to promptly supplement and amend.
Work with regulatory agencies and the state on inspection and examination.
Organize periodic performance evaluation and give advice on salary increase
Formulate, promulgate, propose amendments and supplements to internal rules and regulations related to remuneration for employees.

You have...
University graduates in Human Resource Management, C&B, Business Management, Law or related fields.
Having knowledge & experience in the relevant industry is an advantage
At least 3-year experience in C&B role with strong background in C&B, good knowledge of labor law, PITlaw, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations
Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in working with HR Management system
Good at communication & customer-oriented
Good at English both speaking & writing
Good at numerical reasoning and logical thinking
Disciplined, detail - oriented and result-oriented
Able to work well under pressure and to meet target & deadlines
