C&B Specialist

Job purpose:
Responsible for all Compensation & Benefits (C&B) activities, ensuring accurate payroll, insurance, and tax processes, while managing employee benefits, labor contracts, and compliance in accordance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Responsibilities:
• Perform monthly payroll calculation and ensure timely & accurate salary payment
• Manage timekeeping data, overtime, and leave records
• Handle compulsory insurances (Social/Health/Unemployment) and related reports
• Administer Personal Income Tax (PIT) matters: family dependents registration, annual finalization
• Carry out and implement employee benefits & welfare programs
• Prepare and submit required reports to authorities and internal teams
• Manage and update labor contracts, renewals, appendices
• Maintain and update C&B processes, policies, templates, and forms
• Support audit and compliance checks related to payroll and labor law
• Monthly & yearly budget planning, forecast and salary budget controlling
• Other tasks required
