Job Summary
- Support C&B and HR-related tasks in accordance with Company Internal Regulations and Compliance.
Principal Accountabilities
1. C&B (50%)
1.1 Onboarding:
- Conduct new hire procedures for retail staff.
- Collect, verify, and store employee documents.
- Input and update employee data into HR systems.
1.2 Contracts:
- Track contract expiration dates, send contract appraisal review to manager, and process contract renewals according to procedures and timelines.
1.3 Offboarding:
- Process employee resignations.
- Update HR systems with termination dates.
- Generate termination letters.
1.4 Payroll:
- Prepare monthly attendance reports and track employee absences (e.g., sick leave, vacation, unpaid leave).
- Collect and verify timesheets, overtime, and incentives from the sales administration team to prepare payroll data templates and other relevant reports.
- Provide pay slips/ paycheck for certain positions.
1.5 Other C&B Tasks:
- Social Insurance: Update social security numbers, change primary healthcare providers, and process employee benefits (e.g., sick leave, maternity leave).
- Personal Income Tax: Register new tax identification numbers for employees, update social security numbers, and guide employees on dependent registration procedures.
- Private Health Insurance: Support employees with insurance policies, ensure compliance with internal regulations; maintain accurate monthly participation records based on company policies and insurance contracts; and generate relevant reports.
- Health Checkups: Create employee lists, collect quotations, and coordinate health checkups.
Preparing some basic internal notices and documents.
2. HR Admin (30%)
- Manage birthday lists and distribute birthday vouchers.
- Monitor benefit policies and implement them according to company guidelines.
- Answer general employee inquiries related to time attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Process visa applications for employees on business trips.
- Handle work permits, temporary residence permits, and visas for expatriates and their dependents.
- Coordination for Company Events (Team building, occasional events, engagement activities,....)
3. Other Duties (20%)
Assist with special HR projects as assigned.
Support the HR team in various administrative tasks.

Qualification and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree or College degree in related fields.
- At least 03 years of C&B experience for more than 300 headcounts.
- Experience in using HR internal systems.
- Have certain understanding & knowledge of Vietnam labor law, PIT law, Social Insurance Law and other related regulations
Skill Sets
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
