This position will provide strategic & operational leadership for all Quality Management operations across vendor factories in Cambodia. The role ensures that all products meet customer quality standards, internal requirements and compliance expectations. This position will drive continuous improvement, strengthen vendor QC management capabilities and serve as the primary point of contact for the product quality execution in Cambodia.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Cambodia Quality team, ensuring alignment wit cooperate quality strategy and KPIs.
• Oversee all vendor quality operations, ensuring effective quality control systems and consistent adherence to customer requirements.
• Provide strong guidance & support to vendors for Quality management execution, leading to production readiness, right first-time performance of quality and on time delivery.
• Drive vendors to conduct structured root cause analysis (RCA) and implement timely, effective CAP to prevent issues reoccurrence.
• Act as the primary representative during customer visits related to Quality & technical.
• Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Technical and Compliance teams to ensure proactive risk management and smooth communication across functions.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or diploma for Apparel Manufacturing, Quality Management or Textile Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
• Above 15 years' experience in apparel quality management, including min 05 years of experience in a leadership role of Quality Management.
• Proven ability to manage and influence vendors, drive quality performance improvements and maintain high product quality standards.
• Proven people management skills.
• Experience in handling denims, sweaters and multi category apparel is essential.
• Strong knowledge of quality control systems, RCA methodology, CAPA management related apparel manufacturing.
• Excellent communication skills in English & ability to communicate in Mandarin or Khmer will be a definite advantage.
• Willing to travel and out-station in provinces within Cambodia.
• Good computer literacy including MS office & MS Outlook.
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamic AX, Pivot 888 is a plus
