# BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER #
*****RESPONSIBILITIES************
1. Drive and develop new business opportunities
2. Take care of potential customers and win them for lasting business relationship with the
country unit organization
3. Offers the rate based on the existing tariffs and/or after checking with Products and
Management for special tariffs
4. Represents and promotes the image of country unit organization and VISY
5. Responsible for efficient information flow between the customers and parties involved
6. Set up the weekly calls planning based on the sales strategy.
7. Develop sales motivation initiatives to keep high sales performance towards the annual
business target.
8. Collects market data of both customers & competitors for improving the country unit products
& activities
9. Clearly communicate customers requirements to Support for smooth follow up, and involve
in case of problems requiring special communication to customer
10. Maintain good relationship with overseas working partners to explore more push & pull business
11. Maintain good communication and working relationship with other departments
12. Follow with accounting dept and customer for on time payment, avoiding bad debts
13. Quality & Improvement:
o Comply with company Quality Management process.
o Following Order Acceptance procedures and the good progress of
shipment in all operational work
***** REQUIREMENTS ********
1. Minimum 2-year experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Strategic Sales /Business
Development
2. Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics/Supply Chain Management or any
relevant degree
3. Language Skills: Fluent English both in written and speaking
4. Computer Skills: Good Microsoft office operation skill
