Capacity Control Executive

(*). Main Purpose of the Role:
The Capacity Controller is the key person to monitor the vessel utilization on a commercial and operational level. S/He must:
- Coordinate with Trade Manager, Booking Team and Regional Cargo Flow to provide the most accurate booking forecast.
- Be responsible for the updates of Vessel/booking information into the system.
- Find and suggest possible solutions when an issue occurred.

The Capacity Coordinator is the key person to monitor the vessel utilization on a commercial and operational level. She/He must:
- Coordinate with Trade Manager, Booking Team and Regional Cargo Flow to provide the most accurate booking forecast.
- Be responsible for the updates of Vessel/booking information into the system.
- Find and suggest possible solutions when an issue occurred.
Booking Forecast:
- To provide accurate forecast to BU and local office regarding booking and vessel fulfillment.
- To prevent local team and BU regarding booking situation and avoid shortfall
Planning Capacity Control:
- To revise Vessel - Booking information into system when an update is required
- To communicate with local team when an update is needed
- To communicate with BU to get BU's approval regarding arising charges occurred (Det/Dem)
- Provide Roll-over list to Local parties
