FinX aims to build a digital bank that will deliver on the promise of simplicity, technological advancement, and superior customer products and services.
1. Position Overview:
As a Card Operations Officer (Checker) at Galaxy FinX, you will be responsible for verifying the accuracy and compliance of card-related activities. Your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to upholding card-related protocols will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our card operations.
2. Key Responsibilities:
• Review and verify card-related activities processed by Card Operations Specialists (Makers) for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to Card Operations Specialists to ensure adherence to established card-related procedures and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Account Service Management Manager to address and resolve complex card-related cases and challenges.
• Assist in developing and enhancing card operations processes to optimize efficiency and compliance, contributing to a seamless cardholder experience.

3. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in card operations or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
