Creat daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports (sales revenue, customer collation, bank transaction, etc.) for direct management/Board of Directors or at any time required.
Arranging work schedules for the Casher Team.
Monitor payment and use Easycare.
Monitoring of insurance debts.
Report on the revenue department as required by the manager.
Always promptly report the overdue debt situation.
Contact the Insurance Compensation Center to confirm the direct payment case and handle strict tracking.
Explanation of the insured's rights to the patient and to treat patient complaints if any.
Update relevant insurance information from the line manager.
Other tasks as assigned by line manager or BOD.
