Mô tả công việc

Define and lead own category strategy and strategic sourcing
Cost assessment / intelligence on indices of commodity buy (Volume Price Strategy, Supply Chain analysis and measures to decrease supply chain costs with suppliers, Market indices analysis to help negotiate rebates, discounts, price with suppliers
Developing effective supplier strategies by incorporate business leaders into decision making (4 basics of supplier relationship management)
Maintain good relationship with suppliers, always value the partnership of both local & oversea vendors through top management.
Ensure that the team execute the category strategy and actions as required
Other tasks as required by management

Yêu cầu

Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, Internet, and Office processing software.
Accountable, assertive, transparent, honest, enthusiastic, dedicated and result oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate convincingly at all levels and with all functions in English
Effective time management, organization skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and drive tasks to completion in a fixed timeframe and in a pressured environment
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships across multiple functions, countries, regions, and cultures
Demonstrated broad understanding of the content, processes, and delivery channels in the field of each categories
Ability to deal with ambiguities, conflicts, and adversarial relationships · Proven ability to identify problems quickly, make sound judgments, establish, and implement solutions
