A 100% foreign Capital Company which provides Japanese quality electrical equipment for not only the local market but also South East Asia and Japan market is now searching for suitable candidates for the position of:
SALES ENGINEER (LIGHTING PRODUCTS)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Product : Lighting products
Target customer: Real Estate & Construction firms (To get project)
60% - Via Distributers/ 40% - Direct Sales
Report to: Japanese Manager

- Responsible for developing and expanding the B2B market
- Identify, pursue and gain specific position on projects for Lighting
- Demonstrate sales approaching to DMUs customers
- Follow up and support Siers (Solution Integrated partner) to enhance the sales target
- Be proficient in selling and have proven track record of ability to build strong customer relationships
- Deliver the sales result per assigned sales target and performance
- Support sales & marketing activities related to promote sales opportunities
- Follow up with sales forecast and delivery schedule for Purchase orders
- Business trip to Hanoi, DaNang, Mekong delta (Few days each trip, around 2 times a month)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Age: 25-32 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering field (Prefer electrical related fields)
- 3 years of Sales Engineer experience
‐ English skills: equivalent to Upper-Intermediate level (Corperate with other countries, ex. China, Hong Kong, Indonesia)
- Good presentation & negotiation skills

- Has knowledge about Lighting Product
- Distributer sales experience
- Sales experience for Real Estate, Construction industry
- Used Dialux before
- Good command of Excel, Powerpoint
