- Under the general guidance and supervision of the Executive Chef or his delegate, oversees and directs all aspects of food production and hygienic standards in his section of the kitchen
- Provides functional assistance and direction to all personal employed in his section of the kitchen
- Interacts and cooperates with all other sections of the F&B department and other departments of the hotel as appropriate
- Keep himself or herself updated on new products and trends

Yêu cầu
- At least 1 year experience in a same position in 4 or 5 stars Hotel
