As a strategic right hand, you will receive direct mentorship from the CBDO and learn across multiple business disciplines. Instead of being limited to one department, you will support various current businesses and new ventures within the group. Your tasks will adapt flexibly based on real-time priorities, focusing on the following areas:
Marketing & Sales: Supporting execution, content, and lead generation initiatives.
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategies: Participating in launching and rolling out new ventures and business ideas.
Project Management: Following up on cross-department workflows to ensure projects run smoothly.
Administrative Support: Organizing daily schedules and workflows for the CBDO.
Research & Development: Testing new tech tools/AI platforms and gathering market insights.

Final year university students majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
Good critical thinking: Strong logical reasoning, ability to connect the dots, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Good communication skills: Clear, concise, and professional in both written and verbal interactions.
Tech-savvy: Highly proficient with digital tools, quick to master AI/productivity software, and adaptable to new technology.
English proficiency: Fluent in all four skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
Open-minded, highly self-organized, and capable of multi-tasking effectively under minimal supervision.
Strong research skills with the ability to filter and synthesize complex information independently.
Willingness to learn cross-department skills (sales, marketing, operations, and basic tech) to become a true business all-rounder.

Salary: 4,000,000 VND gross/month during the internship period (for a full 5 days/week schedule).
Internship duration: 6 months.
Working hours & Flexibility:
Full-time or Minimum 4/5 days per week (from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday).
Flexible hybrid model: Working Offline at the office during the initial onboarding and training period, transitioning to 100% Remote once fully independent.
