CEO Assistant ( Fluent In Chinese, English, and Vietnamese)

Our CEO is Australian, and you will work directly with him to provide comprehensive administrative support for him and the company, with a focus on interpreting tasks in Chinese, Vietnamese, and English. Glazed Frog's innovative approach is evident in the facilities we provide for staff and the software and equipment we supply to ensure you can perform your job to the best of your ability. Responsibilities:
- Translate documents and communications accurately and efficiently between Chinese, Vietnamese, and English.
- Provide real-life interpreting services in Chinese during meetings and business interactions.
- Expected to join business trips (domestic and international trips) for interpreting work.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/ external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Assist in preparing business documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
