What You Will Get Out of This Position

Yoan and Aurelien are the 2 founders of IT Consultis, managing several other businesses. Their schedule is hectic and they do need on a daily basis to delegate missions with the highest added value in order to further progress and for the company to keep scaling up. This is a unique opportunity to be managed by two of the most successful entrepreneurs in town

Missions

Priority 1:

Work on account receivable / Collection
Prepare

- Production reports with weekly meetings between SL and CEO
- Reviewing: Cost; Revenue; Key staffs; Strategy; Click ups

Helping the production having a clearer overview on Insightly with hot oops.
Reviewing contracts
Assisting CEO posting on social media (together with the help of an intern)
Helping to push with recruitment when necessary
Helping with communication and documents we will provide to shareholders/investors
Helping with internal communication and making things better and smoother
Helping to work on the communication with key staff in relation to the Shadow Share plan
Helping to track on a weekly basis what needs to be implemented within ITC and work on the overall structure of the company following a Trello board and keeping everyone accountable
Supporting the BD team when necessary

Priority 2:

Assign and organize backlog/tasks on Click-up
Follow-up progression of projects based on Click-up
Generate Click-up report for Project Director and Partners
Handle payment based on schedule and progression
Learn Waterfall and Agile management methods

Requirements

Proficiency in English communication skills, marketing mindset and able to work in a multicultural team
Analytical and strong organization skills
Detailed-oriented skills
Pro-activity and independence
Sense of urgency of business needs and can handle multi-tasks
A fast learner and can quickly adapt in all the procedures
Adaption to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team to provide creative and innovative solutions
Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required
