As a CEO Assistant (50%)
Manage the CEO's schedule, organize meetings and business trips, prepare materials, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
Serve as the communication hub between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Track the progress of tasks assigned by the CEO; gather and analyze data to support decision-making.
Assist in building the CEO's personal brand.
Handle confidential information and other ad hoc tasks as required by the CEO.
As a
Business Analyst (50%)
Conduct market, customer, and competitor research, as well as analyze business problems related to the task and performance management product suite.
Define product vision, propose strategies, shape product direction, and build relevant development roadmaps.
Ideate and propose features, improvements, and enhancements for the product.
Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to ensure alignment with strategy and execution of product roadmaps.
Graduate in Economics or Technology from top domestic or international universities with strong academic performance. Experience as a key member or leader in major student organizations or competitions (research, startups, product development, etc.) is a plus.
Experience in business operations, enterprise organization, or managing projects/teams (5+ members) is a strong advantage.
A clear career goal in Product Management, with a desire to build meaningful, high-impact technology products for thousands of businesses and millions of users.
Strong English skills, logical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving and decision-making skills.
