What You'll Do

As the Assistant CEO at Enlab Software, you will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in driving the company's strategic initiatives and operational excellence. You will be working closely with the CEO to optimize management systems, supervise team executions, and ensure efficient business processes.

Attend meetings with the CEO to understand operations and supervise the execution of strategic plans across teams.
Improve and streamline the management systems of various departments, ensuring business processes are established and adhered to.
Draft documents for CEO meetings, prepare slides, and create video training materials to support external & internal communication and training.
Assist in organizing and implementing various internal and external activities, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless operations.
Manage and grow the CEO's LinkedIn profile to enhance professional visibility and engagement.

What You Come with

At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably with a background in tech or business in tech companies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
Native Vietnamese speaker and excellent command of spoken and written English. Able to craft clear and compelling messages for different audiences and channels, such as executive messages, briefing documents, employee communications, organizational announcements, slide presentations, and talking points.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and design tools such as Canva.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Traits: Proactive attitude towards tasks at hand, ability to work well within a collaborative team setting, and willingness to support and learn new things.
