Support the implementation and maintenance of quality procedures related to certification activities
Ensure certification processes comply with applicable accreditation standards, certification rules, and internal requirements
Review, update, and control certification-related documents and records
Support the preparation for internal audits, accreditation assessments, and external evaluations
Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality and certification performance data
Coordinate with certification managers, technical teams, and other departments to ensure consistent application of certification requirements
Perform other tasks related to certification quality as assigned by manager
Yêu cầu
Education:
Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Food Technology, Textile, Sustainability, or other related disciplines.
Experience:
Open to freshers
Experience in quality assurance, certification, inspection, auditing, or conformity assessment activities is an advantage
Knowledge & Skills:
Basic understanding of certification processes and quality systems
Knowledge of accreditation standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 17021, ISO/IEC 17065, or similar) is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office.
Basic English skills (good communication is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation effectively
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Good analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills
