Mô tả công việc
Build and plan the company's medium and long-term system strategy.
1. Finance & Accounting Operations
• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions.
• Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants.
• Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
• Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
• Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
• Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
2. Budget - Reporting - Analysis:
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.
• Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company.
• Research and analyze financial reports and market trends.
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
• Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to create the Annual Budget (Operation/Capital/Cash Flow) and follow up.
• Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
• Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
• Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
• Group reporting Quarterly.
3. Other operations:
• Coordinate with the project management board to build and operate new ERP systems (Human Resources, Accounting, Data Management, IT, ...) according to strategy and in accordance with the company's development stages.
• Provide professional training for junior staff, including guidance for new hires.
• Implement Kaizen improvement activities to increase work efficiency, improve quality, and save costs.
• Perform other tasks as requested by affiliated management.
• Work content can be supplemented or adjusted depending on actual requirements but does not fall outside the employee's scope of expertise.

• Standardize work: Draft and promulgate regulations/instructions for work implementation, clearly defining the responsibilities and roles of each team/department member.
• Assign work and manage time: Divide work appropriately by being aware of employee strengths and weaknesses. Set specific, clear goals for employees and support employees in achieving their goals according to the plan.
• Employee development: Select, train and develop employees, recognize employee strengths and apply them to work. Proactively share skills and experiences necessary for employee development. Clearly communicate standards and expected performance. Evaluate work performance periodically. Encourage and actively support employees to improve performance. Timely remind employees of their bad points.
• Leading the team: Creating a sense of sharing the department's goals, having the ability to orient/lead employees to develop to accomplish goals. Demonstrates the leader's confidence and encourages employees to take on greater responsibilities and challenges in work. Respect and fairness for all.
