Channel Activation Manager (Open for Sales)

The Activation Manager role is expected to be fully responsible for all activation activities nationwide in both GT and MT channels by working closely with Sales and Marketing to plan, execute and improve consumer activities in the market in order to increase awareness and sales growth as targeted outlets and Key Accounts.
Coordinate with sales and marketing to implement the activations under the activations plan and programs.
To monitor, measure, and analyze all activities, processes, and communications strictly follow the mechanism of campaign KPIs as well as company regulations.
Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders: sales, marketing, procurement, and external vendors in order to ensure smooth operation, and alignment.
To have regular trade visits to evaluate the performance and activation execution.
To deliver all reports, ad-hoc reports as requested from time to time would be appreciated.
To proactively identify risks and solutions are recommended based on customer insights.
Ensure brand images and visibility at the point of sale & compliance.
Others are assigned by Line Manager.
