Channel Development Assistant

1/ E-Commerce business supportive:
- Design & content: adapt required assets, banners from key visual for E-com campaign/activities.-
- NPD listing process: samples, create new SKUs code with E-com customers.
- Internal documents process for E-com
- Create purchase request & get approval for campaign
- Send buying contract & annex to related function for review
- Follow & assure the contract & annex get appropriate approval before the campaign happens
- Process payment for service
- E-com sales Operation support
- Double check internal sale ordering vs customer purchase order before releasing
- Monthly promotion price update to E-com platform
- Weekly tracking OOS on platform page
2/ Budget monitor & tracking:
- E-com:Spending Tracking v.s. Budget of E-com to guarantee payment on time for Campaign Packages to Platform.
- Push MT:
+ Spending Tracking v.s. Budget of in-store POSM/TOT & MT Customized Sampling & Activation campaign
+ Follow up with agency on sampling schedule and coordinate with Account team to remind for well prepare stock support drive effective sampling activities.
3/ Participant in Modern Trade Sales Rep part-time payroll process:
- Get approval timesheet from agency
- Receive the detail payroll from agency then double check with the timesheet and confirm with agency for payroll
- Book accrual with Finance team
- Receive invoice from agency and process payment (on 8-9th next month)
4/ Others:
- Support Account Manager on new channel: design activities communication
- Other tasks requested by line manager
