JOB PURPOSE:
• The purpose of this position is to develop and implement
trade marketing strategies and customer activity plans to drive distribution and sales volume. The role also involves leading the trade marketing agenda within the assigned sub-channel.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Lead the development of the channel & category plan for assigned sub-channels:
• Develop customer & shopper insights for assigned channels. Translate insights into business building opportunities within specific customers, sub-channels
• Develop channel initiatives that support category/channel growth
• Identify opportunities and develop monthly/quarterly/yearly trade program
• Develop and review the guideline with all stakeholders to drive right pricing and assortment, brand visibility and to track execution of the guideline in market with assistance of Value Management and Sales Development (FIT) team
• Work with Operations team & Sales team to ensure excellence in in-store execution.
• Define and leverage channel insight, competitors update & channel opportunity in to trade program plan by integrating with Operation team.
• Work out the brief for agencies.
Develop and execute all channel & category, schematic shopper promotions:
• Lead scheme proposal and execution
• Lead the communication to internal and external stakeholders on the scheme
• Conduct ROI and post-promotion evaluation.
• Facilitate information sharing, best practices and joint initiatives with other sub-channels
Budget Management:
• Responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of trade marketing budget and control to execute aligned trade activities within given budget via analyzing, managing, tracking trade marketing budget spend.
